Before establishing Stechgrow, Pratik served in the merchant navy, where he developed strong systems thinking, operational discipline, and international business exposure. This unique background gave him a deep understanding of real-world complexities faced by businesses in fast-paced environments.
Recognizing the challenges businesses face in making data-driven decisions and scaling smartly, Pratik transitioned into the software industry with a clear goal: to build AI-powered platforms that make intelligent growth not just possible—but seamless.

Sylvester Louis Bagul, Co-Founder of Stechgrow Intelligence AI Pvt Ltd, brings a powerful edge to our leadership team with his deep expertise in sales strategy, international business development, and client relationship management.
With over 9 years of experience in the aviation industry, Sylvester held key positions with GoAirlines as a Duty Officer and with British Airways as a Manager, where he served clients from across the globe. These roles not only honed his customer service excellence but also deepened his understanding of high-pressure operations, global client engagement, and service delivery at scale.
Having also worked in Thailand’s dynamic business environment, Sylvester gained firsthand experience in cross-cultural sales and emerging market trends. His global exposure, combined with a strong foundation in B2B sales, allows him to understand client needs with clarity and precision — a perspective that continues to shape how Stechgrow delivers value to its partners.
As Co-Founder, Sylvester plays a key role in aligning our technology with market demand. His leadership ensures that every product we develop not only meets business needs but also speaks the language of results, revenue, and relevance.
